Bu gizlilik politikası, ShqipTR mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğini açıklar. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu politikayı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
Topladığımız veriler ve nedenleri
- Hesap bilgisi (e-posta adresi): Hesabınızı oluşturmak, giriş yapmanızı sağlamak ve ilerlemenizi cihazlarınız arasında senkronlamak için. Hesap verileri altyapı sağlayıcımız (Supabase) üzerinde saklanır.
- Öğrenme ilerlemeniz ve tercihleriniz: Tamamladığınız dersler, XP, seri, dil ve hatırlatma tercihleri gibi bilgiler; hizmeti sunmak ve cihazlarınız arasında senkronlamak için saklanır.
- Satın alma bilgisi: Abonelik/satın alma durumunuz ve geçmişiniz; Premium aboneliğinizi yönetmek ve satın alımları geri yüklemek için Apple App Store, Google Play ve abonelik sağlayıcımız (RevenueCat) tarafından işlenir. Kredi kartı/ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz ve saklamayız.
Özellikleri sunmak için işlenen veriler
- Yapay zekâ sohbeti: Yapay zekâ partnerine yazdığınız mesajlar, yanıt üretmek için yapay zekâ hizmet sağlayıcımıza gönderilir ve yalnızca bu özelliği sunmak için kullanılır.
- Telaffuz ve ses: Uygulama, telaffuz pratiği için doğal seslendirme (metin okuma) üretir; seslendirilecek metin, sesi oluşturmak üzere bir seslendirme sağlayıcısına gönderilir. Mikrofon tabanlı pratik kullanırsanız, ses yalnızca size anlık geri bildirim vermek için kullanılır; reklam için kullanılmaz, satılmaz ve saklanmaz.
Yapmadığımız şeyler
- Reklam göstermeyiz; reklam veya izleme (tracking) SDK'ları kullanmayız.
- Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız.
- Uygulamalar arası takip yapmayız.
Verilerin paylaşımı
Verileriniz yalnızca Uygulamanın özelliklerini sunmak için şu hizmet sağlayıcılarla işlenir: Apple, Google, RevenueCat (abonelik), Supabase (hesap ve senkron) ve yapay zekâ/seslendirme sağlayıcıları. Bunun dışında verilerinizi üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız.
Saklama ve silme
Hesap verileriniz, hesabınız var olduğu sürece saklanır. Hesabınızın ve ilişkili verilerin silinmesini istemek için admin@woodstonestudio.com adresine e-posta gönderebilirsiniz; talebiniz makul bir süre içinde işleme alınır.
Çocuklar
ShqipTR 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamayız.
Güvenlik ve uluslararası aktarım
Verilerinizi korumak için makul teknik ve idari önlemler alırız. Verileriniz farklı ülkelerdeki sunucularda işlenebilir.
Değişiklikler
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemelerde yukarıdaki "son güncelleme" tarihi değişir.

This Privacy Policy explains how the ShqipTR mobile application (the "App") handles your personal data. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Data we collect and why
- Account information (email address): To create your account, sign you in, and sync your progress across your devices. Account data is stored with our backend provider (Supabase).
- Learning progress and preferences: Lessons completed, XP, streak, language and reminder preferences — stored to provide the service and sync across devices.
- Purchase information: Your subscription/purchase status and history — processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) to manage your Premium subscription and restore purchases. We never see or store your payment card details.
Data processed to provide features
- AI conversation: Messages you type to the AI partner are sent to our AI service provider to generate replies, used only to provide that feature.
- Pronunciation and audio: The App generates natural text-to-speech for pronunciation practice; the text to be spoken is sent to a speech provider to generate the audio. If you use microphone-based practice, audio is used only to give you immediate feedback; it is not used for advertising, sold, or stored.
What we do not do
- We do not show ads or use advertising/tracking SDKs.
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not track you across other apps.
Data sharing
Your data is processed only to provide the App's features, with these service providers: Apple, Google, RevenueCat (subscriptions), Supabase (account and sync), and AI/speech providers. We do not otherwise share your data with third parties.
Retention and deletion
We keep your account data while your account exists. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email admin@woodstonestudio.com; we will process your request within a reasonable period.
Children
ShqipTR is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Security and international transfer
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Your data may be processed on servers located in other countries.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change accordingly.
