JoVVo ("uygulama", "biz") gizliliğinize önem verir. Bu politika, hangi verileri neden topladığımızı ve nasıl kullandığımızı açıklar.

Topladığımız veriler

• Hesap bilgileri: E-posta adresi ve şifre (hesabınızı oluşturmak ve giriş için).
• Profil & sağlık verileri: Ad, yaş, cinsiyet, boy, kilo, hedefler, aktivite seviyesi, antrenman branşı, alerji/diyet tercihleri ve antrenman kayıtları (size özel program ve öneriler için).
• Öğün fotoğrafları: Kalori ve makro analizi için çektiğiniz yemek fotoğrafları.
• Geri bildirim: Bize gönderdiğiniz öneri/eleştiri mesajları.

Verileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

• Size kişiselleştirilmiş antrenman programları ve beslenme önerileri sunmak.
• Öğün fotoğraflarını analiz etmek. Bu analiz için fotoğraf ve ilgili veriler, güvenli bir sunucu aracılığıyla yapay zeka sağlayıcımıza (OpenAI) gönderilir; OpenAI bu verileri model eğitimi için kullanmaz.
• İlerlemenizi kaydetmek ve cihazlar arası senkronize etmek (Supabase altyapısı).
• İsteğe bağlı hatırlatma bildirimleri göndermek.

Üçüncü taraflar

• Supabase — hesap ve veri saklama.
• OpenAI — öğün fotoğrafı ve metin analizi.
• RevenueCat, Apple & Google — abonelik yönetimi ve ödeme (ödeme bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz; Apple App Store veya Google Play işler).

Verilerinizi kimseye satmayız ve reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız. Sizi reklam ağları arasında takip etmeyiz.

Verilerinizin silinmesi

Hesabınızı ve tüm verilerinizi uygulama içinden anında silebilirsiniz: Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil. Bu işlem hesabınızı ve sunucudaki tüm verilerinizi kalıcı olarak siler.

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız [email protected] adresine kayıtlı e-postanızla yazın; talebinizi 30 gün içinde yerine getiririz.

Çocukların gizliliği

JoVVo 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.

Abonelik Koşulları

• JoVVo Premium, aylık veya yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik olarak sunulur.
• 3 günlük ücretsiz deneme süresi vardır. Deneme bitmeden iptal edilirse ücret alınmaz.
• Ödeme, satın alma onayında App Store hesabınızdan tahsil edilir.
• Abonelik, dönem bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir.
• Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman App Store (Ayarlar → Apple Kimliği → Abonelikler) veya Google Play (Play Store → Abonelikler) üzerinden yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz.

Privacy Policy

JoVVo ("the app", "we") cares about your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we use it.

Data we collect

• Account info: Email address and password (to create your account and sign in).
• Profile & health data: Name, age, gender, height, weight, goals, activity level, training discipline, allergies/diet preferences and workout logs (to build your personalized program and tips).
• Meal photos: Food photos you take, for calorie and macro analysis.
• Feedback: Suggestion/critique messages you send us.

How we use data

• To provide personalized training programs and nutrition guidance.
• To analyze meal photos. For this analysis, the photo and related data are sent through a secure server to our AI provider (OpenAI); OpenAI does not use this data for model training.
• To save your progress and sync it across devices (Supabase infrastructure).
• To send optional reminder notifications.

Third parties

• Supabase — account and data storage.
• OpenAI — meal photo and text analysis.
• RevenueCat, Apple & Google — subscription management and payment (we never see your payment details; the Apple App Store or Google Play handles them).

We never sell your data or share it for advertising. We do not track you across ad networks.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and all data instantly inside the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and all of your data on our servers.

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from your registered email address; we will fulfill your request within 30 days.

Children's privacy

JoVVo is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

Subscription Terms

• JoVVo Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription.
• There is a 3-day free trial. If cancelled before the trial ends, no charge is made.
• Payment is charged to your App Store account upon purchase confirmation.
• The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel anytime via the App Store (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Subscriptions).
